In fact, that certain time period practically defined a major phase of my life I learned a lot, I experienced a lot, and I went through a lot at such a stupidly young age. Openly speaking about this, I use to be one of *those* people who spent a lot of time within Toontown Online's "hacking" scene- and boy, those times were quite memorable. On a side note I still play TTR and I wouldn't dare do anything against the ToS, I enjoy the game enough as it is :) I'm just hoping to find someone who use to delve into this stuff back in the day who I can look back and discuss it with and hopefully learn a thing or two from and I think it would also be quite nostalgic. I know there's a stigma against hacking so sorry to the moderators if this has to get taken down. 11 years later I'm quite proficient in software and no longer script kiddie-esque like when I was younger and I'm hoping to look back at all the code and exploits of TTO that used to fascinate me so much and just see if I can understand it and how they were done. I'm soon to be getting a computer science related degree now, and it was all the flashy exploits and codes back in the day with dll injectors etc that first inspired me to begin learning programming when I was just a kid. When I started playing about 11 years ago, I happened to also find the hacking community and I made alot of friends in it who have all since disappeared into the world. ToonFest is now available to play by visiting the special event area in Chip and Dale's Acorn Acres, or by clicking the red ToonFest teleport button located at the top right of your screen.Firstly let me clarify while this seems malicious I'm asking solely this for educational and nostalgia purposes. Today marks the beginning of our annual in-game event, ToonFest 2018! The reality is: It does, and we never want to take that for granted. It especially shouldn't have an annual convention, nearly two million registered accounts, and thousands of daily active players. Just seconds later, Toontown Rewritten was officially announced, and we now celebrate FIVE YEARS of a revival that has proven to be like no other!īy all circumstances, Toontown Rewritten shouldn't exist. Thankfully, we live in a world where that disconnect message was far from the last. " Your internet connection to the servers has been unexpectedly broken." A message appeared on screen - one that players normally would hope they would never see again, but in this instance wished they could see it just one more time. Five years ago on September 19, 2013, Toontown Online closed its doors.
